O R D E R

(Passed on 14.03.2026) The identity of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 is verified through Video Call on Mobile No.9422130064 of Advocate Shri H.N. Verma. It is submitted that, the Respondent No.4 Uttamrao S/o Bajirao Khajone is undergoing treatment in the hospital. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 have specifically admitted the settlement of claim for Rs.24,50,000/- with accrued interest as disclosed in the pursis of settlement. The Appellant Insurance Company has deposited the amount of Rs.27,70,304/-. After the payment of settlement amount of Rs.24,50,000/- with accrued interest to the Claimants, balance amount be refunded to the Appellant.

Court fees and statutory amount, if any, be refunded as per Rules. 3.

The amount of Rs.24,50,000/- with accrued interest be transmitted to the M.A.C.T., Achalpur, District Amravati for payment to the Claimants. 4.
