Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the controversy involved in the instant appeal is covered by judgment dated 13-09-2024 passed by this Court in First Appeal No.1145/2019 with connected matter. It is pointed out that the land in question is Survey No.29, whereas the judgment in First Appeal No.1145/2019 is with respect to land bearing Survey no.27/2 both situated at village Kumbharkinhi, Taluka Darwha, District Yavatmal. It is therefore submitted that the appellants are entitled for compensation at the same rate which is granted in favour of the appellants in the said first appeal.
