2) Though this is a Review Petition, Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for Review Petitioners addressed us on all the facts involved in the Petition, which Advocate for the Review Petitioner had already pointed out before passing of the impugned Order dated 31st March 2023. The delay of 7 months and 9 days in filing the Review Petition is also not properly explained by the Review Petitioners.
