We have heard learned counsel for the parties on this review petition. 2.

Having considered the contentions as urged and more particularly the decisions rendered by this Court in Arun s/o. Trimbakrao Lokare v. State of Maharashtra & Others1 and Rajaram Waman Rane v. Ramkrishna Mahadev Rane2, we are of the opinion that the judgment under review dated 11 July 2024 rendered on the writ petition needs to be recalled. We accordingly proceed to pass a separate order on the writ petition.

The judgment dated 11 July 2024 is re-called. 4.

The review petition is accordingly allowed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
