Review Petition has been preferred seeking review of the order dated 27th September 2024 by which in view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, order dated 15th September 2022 which was subject matter of writ petitions was not disturbed and the Assistant Charity Commissioner was directed to consider the framing of scheme in respect of the trust expeditiously.

Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner would submit that the agreement was arrived at by reason of order passed in the connected Writ Petition, being W.P. No. 960 of 2023, and Patil-SR 1 of

By order of even date, review which was sought of the order dated 27th September 2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 960 of 2023 stands disposed of.
