...Review Petitioner.

In the matter between :

All India Bhavsar Kshatriya Mahasabha.

...Petitioner.

Versus

Sudhir Navale and Others.

...Respondents.

------ Mr. A. B. Tajane for the Review Petitioner.

Mr. S. Ronghe i/b Neha Wadekar for the Respondent No. 1 and 2. Ms. Savita Prabhune, AGP for the Respondent-State. ------ Coram : Sharmila U. Deshmukh, J.

Date : March 20, 2025.

P. C. :

1.

The predominant argument in the Review Petition is that in the order under review, the observation that no interference is warranted in writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and hence Petition is disposed of, is not reflected. 2.

It is well settled that review jurisdiction can be exercised only in case of an error apparent on the face of record. Perusal of the order dated 27th September 2024 would indicate that this Court, in view of the submission of learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that Patil-SR 1 of

906 rpw-33-25.doc elections are already being held, disposed of the Petition by noting that nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. The order does not reflect that any such observation was made by this Court as regards the exercise of jurisdiction by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3.

The submission of Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner is that findings in the order under review would come in the way of Review Petitioner in the proceedings before Charity Commissioner, is misplaced as the order of 27th September 2024 does not make any observation or render any finding and only disposed of the Petition as nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.

4.

Review Petition stands disposed of.
