Heard Mr. Rohan Deo, learned counsel for the appellant/husband and Ms. Swati Rathod, the respondent in-person.

Mr. Rohan Deo, learned counsel for the appellant/ husband, on instructions, submits that he will deposit the arrears of maintenance before the Family Court, Yavatmal by 16.06.2025.

After hearing the parties for some time, we are of the opinion that one chance should be taken before the Mediator to settle the dispute. As such, Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, Advocate is appointed as a Mediator in this matter.

The parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 18.06.2025 at 2.30 p.m. in the Mediation Center of this Court.
