Heard Mr. Pardiwalla, learned Advocate for Review Petitioner and Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for Respondent in Review Petition.

After expressing my mind to Mr. Pardiwalla, Mr. Pardiwalla after taking instructions from the Review Petitioner in the present Review Petition in the Court has informed the Court that Review Petitioner desires to withdraw the Petition.

In that view of the matter, Review Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

It is clarified that all contentions in so far order under review dated 08.04.2024 are expressly kept open to be agitated and proved

Equally, the rights and contentions of Defendants are also expressly kept open. It is clarified that this Court has not opined on any merits of the matter that may be noted by Trial Court. 6.
