Learned counsel for the review petitioner states that though the petitioner has filed the Review Petition, all that he seeks is a correction of an inadvertent error that crept into the order dated 18 March 2024 in Writ Petition No. 11738 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner should have sought 09th July 2024

34-RPW-82-2024.DOCX to speak to the minutes of the order dated 18 March 2024 instead of instituting this Review Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 18 March 2024 records that the petitioner's claim about his property being situated in gaothan land was rejected only once by the CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") and not twice as observed in the order dated 18 March 2024. 3.

Accordingly, he submits that the word "twice" in line 5 of paragraph No.1 of our order dated 18 March 2024 should be corrected to read as "once" and the words "and then later in appeal" should be deleted. Mr Patil learned counsel for the SRA and learned counsel for the 4th respondent have no objection to this Court clarifying the above position and correcting the order dated 18 March 2024.

Accordingly, we clarify that line 5 of paragraph No.1 is corrected as "... the Petitioner's case that his property is situated in a gaothan was rejected only once by the CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority."

This order would be read along with the order dated 18 March 2024.
