The Registry has placed the order dated 08 August 2024 in Writ Petition No.6669 of 2023 and connected matter before us for correcting the name of the Respondents in the cause title of Review Petition No.83 of 2024 as also Writ Petition Number in Paragraph No.1 of the said order. Hence the matter is taken up for Suo Moto Speaking to Minutes. 2.

Accordingly, in cause title of Review Petition No.83 of 2024 substitute the name of the Respondents "Navnath Shraddha Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. through Secretary" with "Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation & Ors.". In Paragraph No.1 substitute "6669 of 202" with "6669 of 2023".

Accordingly, the order dated 08 August 2024 stands corrected.
