The above Review Petition is filed seeking to review the order passed by this Court on 7th September 2023.

Mr.Ghadigaonkar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Original Petitioners, stated that they have e-filed a reply dated 13th August 2024. He has stated that he will supply a hard-copy of the reply to the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted. He has also stated that a copy of the said reply is furnished to the advocate for the Review Petitioners as well as the advocate for JNPT (Respondent No.80) in Court today. The same is duly noted. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for JNPT has stated that he has just been served with the Review Petition as well as a reply filed by the Original Petitioners (Respondent Nos.1 to 74 in the Review Petition) and sought four weeks time to file an affidavit in reply to the above Review Petition.

Acceding to his request, we now stand over this matter to 30th September 2024 at 4.30 p.m. in chambers.

The Affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed on or before the next date and a copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Review Petitioners as well as the advocates for the original Petitioners in the Writ Petition.
