When the above matter had come up on 2nd September 2024, we had noted that the Original Petitioners [Respondent Nos. 1 to 74] had filed their reply. JNPT [Respondent No. 80] as well as the State were directed to file their reply within four weeks from the said date. Accordingly, the matter was stood over today.

Today the State has tendered an affidavit in reply dated 30th September, 2024 which is taken on record.

As far as JNPT [Respondent No. 80] is concerned, the reply has not been filed till date and a request is made today for a further period of two weeks to file the reply.

Acceding to the request of JNPT [Respondent No.80], we direct that JNPT [Respondent No.80] shall file their reply on or before 14th October, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocates for the Review Petitioners, the Advocates for Respondent Nos. 1 to 74 as well as on the learned AGP.

We now place the above matter on 21st October, 2024 at 4.30 pm in Chambers.
