P.C.:- 1.
The learned Advocate for the Management submits that the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 01/04/2025, delivered in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 7058-7061 of 2019 and 4787 of 2025, has been sought to be reviewed by the Review Petition filed by the Management, on 29/04/2025.
2.
Though no document is shown to us, we would trust the statement made by Mr. Ganbavale, learned Advocate on behalf of the Management.
3.
In paragraph no. 31 of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 01/04/2025, an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- deposited by the Management in this Court, was not to be disbursed till the final disposal of the Review Petitions pending before this Court and the said Review Petitions are to be decided in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 01/04/2025.
4.
Since the said judgment is sought to be reviewed by the Management as per the statement made by Mr. Ganbavale, learned Counsel on behalf of the Management, we would adjourn these proceedings for five weeks to enable the Management to work out the Review Petitions. 5.
Since the Review Petitions filed by the Management before us 2/3
pertain to the interim orders and the parties are agreeable for a final hearing in the Writ Petitions, by consent of the parties, we are listing the pending Writ Petitions on 14/08/2025, for a final hearing at the admission stage. 7.
So also, both the sides i.e. the Petitioners as well as the Management, would tender their synoptical notes/written notes of arguments along with compilation of case law with pagination and index. (M. M. SATHAYE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) 3/3
