Today, the partner of the Petitioner - Firm is present before me and he agrees to withdraw the present Review Petition. He submits that his contentions should be expressly kept open before the Trial Court.

All contentions on the merits of the case of Petitioner are expressly kept open before the Trial Court. Review Petitioner can approach the learned Trial Court tomorrow itself, if so desired. If any such Application is made by the Petitioner before the Trial Court tomorrow, the learned Trial Court shall consider the exigency of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

Needless to state that if any such Application is made before the Trial Court, the same shall be informed in advance to Respondents. 5.

At the request of Mr. Butala, Review Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Review Petition.

In view of the above, Review Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
