After a long hearing in the matter, it is suggested by the learned Senior Advocates Mr. Anturkar and Mr. Pakale that the Management and the Petitioners would sit together and reconstruct the file. Whatever documents, the Petitioner has, would be shown to the Management, which would ensure that the file is reconstructed. 2.

Considering the directions of the Writ Court in the Sneha Chavan

2/2 910-RPW-145-2024.odt Judgment dated 08.08.2024, the reconstructed file would be furnished by the Management to the University Authorities on 21.07.2025. 3.

Keeping in view the affidavit of the University, more particularly paragraph No.6 reproduce under paragraph 7 of the Writ order, the University would take immediate steps on the said file and pass appropriate orders.

The directions as above shall be complied with and this Court would be appraised of the further developments on 28.07.2025. 5.
