1) Heard Mr. Chougule, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

2) After having considered the submissions canvassed by the Mr. Chougule, I am unable to trace any error apparent on the face of record in the judgment under review. The Petitioner is unable to make out any case for exercise of review jurisdiction by this Court. The Review Petition is filed and argued as if it is an Appeal in disguise, which cannot be countenanced. No case is made out for review of the judgment dated 14 February 2024. The Review Petition is accordingly rejected.
