Review is sought of the order dated 31st July 2024, by which this Court has ordered that the Appellant is not in a position to assist the Court and requires assistance of an Advocate and that it is open for her to engage private lawyer or to seek an advocate from legal aid panel.

The present Review Petition has been filed for Review of the order of 31st July 2024. The Appellant who appears in person insists on proceeding with the matter in person and submits that she does not wish to engage any private lawyer or to seek any advocate from the legal aid panel .

Considering the insistence of the Appellant, though she is Shubham Talle 1 of

19-RPF-4-2024.doc unable to assist the Court, ultimately it is for her to decide whether to conduct the proceedings in person. The Committee even if holds that she is unable to assist the Court, if the party insists on appearing in person this is a right which is available to her. 4.

As such the order dated 31st July, 2024 is recalled. The Appellant may appear in person. Review Petition stands disposed of. 5.

First Appeal is already admitted. To come up for final hearing as per its own turn.
