Present civil revision application is filed against the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhokar below exhibit 121 and 124 in Special Civil Suit No. 1 of 2015 thereby rejecting the plaint in exercise of powers under Order 7 Rule 11 (d) of the Civil Procedure Code. Prima facie, the impugned order amounts to decree. Hence, requires to be assailed by filing the appeal.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Bhavthankar, learned advocate appearing for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Revision Application, with liberty to file appropriate proceeding as permissible under law. Hence, Civil Revision Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to file appropriate proceeding as permissible under law against the impugned order. Needless to
