ORDER:- 1.

The learned Counsel for the respondent resisted the application on the ground of limitation. However, it appears that office did not raise any objection on the said ground. On the contrary, learned Counsel for the applicant admits that there is certain delay and he would file necessary application for condonation of delay. In view of the same, office is directed to see whether the present application is filed after the period of limitation and to report the same.
