Learned Advocate Mr. V. P. Latange informs that pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, he has intimated the present proceeding and the interim order to the learned Advocate representing the plaintiff in the Trial Court. It is submitted that despite having been served, no one has caused appearance in this matter.

Under the circumstances, the registry is directed to re-issue notices to the respondents intimating that the matter shall be heard finally at the stage of admission, since the subject matter of the Civil Revision Application is refusal by the learned Trial Court to reject the plaint. In the meantime, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve the respondents by all permissible modes of private service and to file affidavit of service to that effect.
