After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants for some time, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant any relief to the applicants, the learned counsel for the applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision application.

The civil revision application is permitted to be withdrawn. The proceedings of the suit are expedited. Needless to mention that all points are kept open, which are to be decided on their own merits.
