As per the order dated 26.9.2024 Court had issued notice to respondent nos.1 and 2 by registered post AD which was returnable 25.10.2024 and the applicant was to file an affidavit of service and tracking report by 22.10.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent no. 2 is served and as far as respondent no.1 is concerned, she request further time to serve unserved respondents.

3. Affidavit of service has not been filed by the appellant as per order dated 26.9.2024.

4. Applicant is directed to file affidavit of service after taking 29th November, 2024

MCA 149 of 2024 necessary steps to serve unserved respondent no.1.

5. Stand over to 20.12.2024.
