his is an application for ixing an early date of hearing. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the main petition is for protecting the increments and pay, which the Applicant had earned over eighteen years of regular service. She submitted that the Applicant is in need of his rightfully earned money and therefore the matter is required to be heard at the earliest. Considering these submissions, the Writ Petition No.923/2023 be added to the inal hearing board commencing from 02.02.2026.
