Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the original petition is iled against the rejection of permission for construction of a building. he Petition is pending since 2018. he Petitioner No.1 has crossed the age of 70 years and therefore, the Petition needs to be heard earlier. Considering this submission, the Writ Petition No.447/2018, which is already admitted in the year 2019, be added to the inal hearing board commencing from 02.02.2026.
