1. As directed by our Order dated 09.07.2025, the inspection of the property is carried out by the Survey Officer from DSLR in the presence of the representatives of the parties, and the report is tendered to us in a sealed envelope by Ms. Corriea representing the Respondent-State.

We have opened the sealed envelope and perused the report. For effective adjudication of the proceedings, it would be appropriate to direct Ms. Corriea to furnish the copies of the site inspection report tendered to us to the respective Counsel appearing for the Respondents as well as the contesting Respondents.
