In furtherance of our query raised during the past hearings, and the response which we received through Ms. Maria Correia, we direct Mr. Antonio Mascarenhas, who has signed the site inspection report dated 05.03.2016, to file an affidavit, as we intend to know from him as to what was the basis on which the report was prepared. We, however, make it clear that by no means we are going to accept the said statement as gospel truth, and we definitely getting into the other aspects of the matter too.

Let the affidavit be filed within a period of one week. We expect the affidavit to be served in advance to the other parties. List on 25.08.2025 at 10:00 a.m.
