2. The present application is filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 3.

3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that respondent no. 4 is one of the legal heirs of respondent no. 3. He submits that he will take instructions on the proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent 4th September, 2024

MCA 376 of 2024 no.3 as shown in paragraph no.1 of this applicant and whether he could appear for them in the matter.
