Insofar as bringing the legal representatives on record of Respondent Nos. 2 and 13, learned Advocate submits that he would take instructions as to whether the Appellant would proceed with the matter in the absence of the legal representatives and a statement would be made to that effect, considering that the legal representatives are not known to the Appellants.
