This Court by order dated 16.10.2024 had directed that the inspection should be conducted in the presence of the petitioner and respondent No.15. Let fresh inspection be carried out in terms of the order dated 16.10.2024 in the presence of the petitioner and respondent No.15. The inspection should be carried out within two weeks from today. For the purpose of inspection, the concerned property has to be de-sealed and after completion it has to be sealed again. Let the inspection report be placed on record. List the application on 11.02.2025.
