Mr Ajay Menon, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent no.9 is releasing sewage on applicant's land which is causing health hazards. he Village Panchayat authorities to immediately inspect the concerned property and ile an aidavit within two weeks from today after conducting inquiry into the matter.
