Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that in the subject matter of the Petition, the Appeal preferred before the Authority in respect of unauthorised structure was dismissed vide the order dated 20.11.2020.

2. The Writ Petition was 'Admitted' vide the order dated 10.10.2019. Liberty was given to the parties to mention the matter, if necessary. Pursuant to this liberty, the present Application is filed for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition. Since there is change in the circumstances, the concerned Appeal was decided and since liberty was given to the parties, Writ Petition No. 237 of 2018 be added to the final hearing board commencing from 02.02.2026. 19th November, 2025
