1. Heard Ms. Riya Amonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. By way of the Writ Petition, she has challenged the Judgment and Decree dated 11.04.2018 in Mundkar Revision Application No. 3/2017 passed by the Administrative Tribunal, Panaji, Goa, whereby the Revision Application made by the Applicant was dismissed.

2. This Court vide Order dated 27.11.2018, had issued Rule and 18th April, 2026

6 MCA 483 2024 expedited the matter. She submits that the Rule notice was served in 2019 itself. The Applicant is a Senior Citizen of about 80 years of age and, as such, she seeks an early hearing of the Writ Petition.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application for an early hearing is allowed.
