PILWP 44 of 2024 The application seeks amendment in the Petition, with a specific statement being made that the proposed amendment flows directly from the original cause of action and do not enlarge the scope of the Petition and it seeks to bring certain documents on record which are made available after filing the Petition.

2. On hearing the learned Senior Counsel, Ms. Alvares, and on perusal of the application and since it do not receive opposition, we permit the amendment to be carried out in terms of the Schedule annexed to the application.

The Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copies of the Petition shall be served upon the contesting Respondents, who are at liberty to file a response to the amended Petition within a period of three weeks thereafter. List the Petition on 26.11.2025.
