The learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that since the dispute is matrimonial one, there are elements of settlement. 02] The matter is referred for mediation. Advocate Mr. S.V. Purohit, is appointed to act as a Mediator. The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 16th April, 2024 at the High Court Mediation Centre, Nagpur, as per the convenience of the learned Mediator.

03] The learned Mediator shall submit his report within a period of two weeks thereafter.

04] Meanwhile, the proceedings filed before the Courts at Khamgaon, District Buldhana as well as Vadgaon Maval, District Pune, shall remain stay.
