DATED : JANUARY 22, 2024 The applicant seeks transfer of the Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-1363/2023 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagpur to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon. 2.

The contention is that the wife who resides at Khamgaon is pregnant and other proceedings have already been filed at Khamgaon by the applicant, therefore, transfer the H.M.P. No.A-1363/2023 pending at Family Court, Nagpur to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon is sought.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

Meanwhile, the Family Court, Nagpur shall not proceed the matter till next date of hearing. 5.

Stand over two weeks.
