The applicant seeks transfer of the marriage petition Hindu Marriage Petition No.142/2021 pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Gondia to the file of Family Court, Nagpur.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

The contention of the applicant is that the applicant is having four years old child. Her father is expired recently. There is nobody to accompany her to attend the proceedings at Gondia. There is no interim maintenance granted in favour of the applicant.

In view of above, the Civil Judge Senior Division, Gondia shall not proceed further in the matter.
