Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent want to withdraw the petition filed by him under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the learned 7th Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur but due to stay in this application he is unable to withdraw the same. 2.

It is made clear that order dated 15.03.2024 granting stay will not come in the way of the respondent. He is permitted to withdraw the petition, if he so desired. 3.

On the request of learned counsel for the respondent, stand over to 28.07.2025.
