This is an application for transfer of Marriage Petition No.210/2023, pending on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nagpur, to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandrapur.

It is stated that the applicant is doing service in the Bank of Maharashtra and presently posted at Rajura, Dist. Chandrapur. She has been residing with her parents at Chandrapur. She is required to take care of her three months baby. It is stated that she is finding it very difficult to attend the Court at Nagpur. The non-applicant is working in the Railways as Loco Pilot. The transfer of this petition to Chandrapur, in the submission of learned advocate for the applicant, will not cause any inconvenience to him.

On going through the application, I am satisfied that there is substance in the application. In the factual background as stated above, to ensure the convenience of the applicant-wife, it would be just and proper to grant this application. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
i] The application is allowed.
ii] Marriage Petition No.210/2023, pending on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nagpur, be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandrapur. iii] The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagpur, shall withdraw the said petition, and transfer it to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chandrapur. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, on receipt of the file, shall assign the same to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandrapur.
iv] The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
