02] The contention is that the applicant is having a minor child of two years and the non-applicant threatened the applicant, when she had been to the Family Court at Nagpur.

03] Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

04] Meanwhile, the Family Court at Nagpur shall no proceed with the matter.
