Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 05.09.2024, the statement of disclosure, as required under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, is received from the proposed learned arbitrator Smt. Vasanti A. Naik, Former Judge of the Bombay High Court.

In view of the above, Smt. Vasanti A. Naik, Former Judge of the Bombay High Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards processing charges have been deposited by the applicant by way of demand draft.

The application is allowed and disposed of. No order as to the costs.
