DATED : 9th FEBRUARY, 2024 The application seeks review of the order dated 30/11/2023, passed in Writ Petition No. 7942/2023, on the ground that certain documents which were available with the then counsel were not pointed out. I am afraid that this cannot be a ground for review of an order. Even otherwise, the order dated 30/11/2023 is an order of dismissal of petition on account of a statement made by the counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeking to withdraw the petition as the Court was not inclined to interfere on merits.
