The applicant seeks transfer of HMP No.14/2024 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhusawal to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur. 02] The contention is that, the applicant is a housewife and has a female child of six years. Her father is no more. There is no male member in her parental house to accompany her for attending the proceedings at Bhusawal.

03] Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

04] The trial Court shall not proceed with the matter till the next date of hearing.
