Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 18.07.2024, disclosure as required by Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is received from the proposed learned Arbitrator. Hence the following order.

Shri Justice A.B. Chaudhari (Former Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court) is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.
