The applicant seeks transfer of H.M.P. No.A-63/2022 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kelapur. 02] The contention is that the applicant is serving as an Assistant Teacher at Panchayat Samiti, Wani and she is having a minor daughter of 5 years old.
