02] By the present application, the applicant seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-279/2023 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Ahmednagar to the Family Court at Akola 03] It is contended that no maintenance amount is not being paid by the non-applicant. The distance between Ahmednagar and Akola is near about 365 kms. Even, the non-applicant is appearing in the proceedings, which are pending at Akola.

04] Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks. 05] The Family Court at Ahmednagar shall not proceed with the matter till the next date of hearing.
