By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.277 of 2023 pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Mehkar, District Buldhana.

The contention is that the applicant is having three years old minor son, therefore it is difficult for her to travel from Mehkar. There is nobody to look after her minor son, if she requires to visit Washim.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

5.

The trial Court at Washim shall not proceed in the matter, till the next date of hearing.
