02] By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of divorce proceedings bearing No.38/2024, pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Akot, District Akola to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Pulgaon, District Wardha. 03] The contention is that the applicant is having a male child, aged about nine months. Till date, the applicant has not been paid any maintenance by the non-applicant.

04] Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

05] The trial Court shall not proceed with the matter further till the next date of hearing.
