Heard Mr. V. S. Sambre, learned advocate holding for Mr. R.R. Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant. The non-applicant has been duly served by Registered Post AD. An affidavit of service to the non-applicant, with acknowledgment, has been placed on record. Inspite of service, the non-applicant has not appeared.

This is an application for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 38/2024 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akot, filed by the non-applicant for dissolution of marriage, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pulgaon, Dist. Wardha.

The grounds have been stated in the application. The applicant is residing at Pulgaon with her parents. She has one year old child. It is stated that she is finding it very difficult to travel all the way from Pulgaon to Akot along with the child.

On going through the facts stated in the application and the aspect of convenience of the applicant/wife, I am of the view that the prayer made by the applicant deserves to be granted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Hindu Marriage Petition No. 38/2024 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akot is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pulgaon.

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Akola shall withdraw H.M.Petition No. 38/2024 from the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akot and transfer it to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Wardha. 8.
The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Wardha shall in turn, make it over to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pulgaon for its disposal in accordance with law.

The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
