The application seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.280/2023 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur to the Family Court at Nagpur. 2.

It is contended that the non-applicant is not taking care of the applicant and has not provided any maintenance till date. She is totally dependent on her parents. The matter is now fixed for evidence at Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

The trial court shall not proceed in the matter till the next date of hearing.
