This application was placed before the Lok Adalat. Before the Lok-Adalat, an order has been passed on 30.11.2024. The parties have agreed for transfer of the Marriage Petition No. 280/2023 pending before the Court of 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur to the Family Court at Nagpur.

In view of this settlement, the application is allowed. 4.

Transfer of Marriage Petition No. 280/2023 pending before the Court of 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur to the Family Court at Nagpur, is allowed. 5.

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chandrapur shall withdraw the Marriage Petition No. 280/2023 from the file of 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur and transfer it to the Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur shall in turn assign the said petition to the appropriate Court. 7.

With these directions, the application stands disposed of.
